STEAM Fest “Digital ABAI” is a festival for science, IT Art and digital technologies, where schoolchildren, students, teachers and mentors, experts and IT companies have presented the most innovative projects and products in the sphere of IT. It took place on the 25th of November in “Abai arena” complex.
This even was organised by Educational Department of Abai region called “Regional innovative and methodological centre”.
About 2,000 students presented their projects. Most of them got grants from foreign companies to develop their brilliant ideas. Alongside, questions about important changes in education were raised: visitors got introduced to new initiatives in IT sphere.
R:ED team presented modern educational robotics kits, R:ED X Max and R:ED X Edu, to the visitors of “Digital Abai”. R:ED tool kits are suitable for learning robotics basics as well as preparing for competitions, for those who are on more advanced level in robotics.
All visitors were interested in the R:ED X product. Children, education shere representatives and stakeholders appreciated the R:ED solutions for engineering education in schools.
